Good morning everyone. Happily marvelous morning. Uh got out for I think a good run today. Uh 4.2. Had a little bit of walking. Again, still watching my heart rate before it gets too high. Come back down. Uh trying to really focus on breathing. My breathing is really struggling and that's what the doctor said. It's going to take a little bit to get that back where I need it to be. And the only way you can do that is actually get out there and do it. So that's my goal is to get out as much as I can, build up some miles for some longer runs, even if I can do a little walk in between, but uh get my breathing back there. Uh yesterday, if you guys follow my personal page, you saw that I finally graduated from cardiac PT. Uh 35 sessions. The team was absolutely fantastic. Uh I gave out some thank you running Jean Run shirts and they they all wore them uh yesterday for my final day. I really appreciate that. It's so kind. They're actually fantastic uh therapists that really watched over me. I was frustrated many times because I just like to push myself and they were trying to make sure that I was taken care of good and they knew where I wanted to push and they knew what my goals were and they knew my strategies and and they put up with me. So, thanks to all of them for dealing with me and getting there. And so now my challenge is picking a race and I have the Outer Banks targeted for November 8th. That's my goal. Get back, do a marathon. So, thanks again for all your encouragement, all your prayers, and I'll keep uh updates with the posts. Take care. Have a good one. Have a fun run. Bye-bye.
